Through dynamic “Experiential Learning Seminars,” we educate everyone—from students to corporations, airlines to medical professionals. Our trained facilitators, who are all people with a physical disability, lead with professionalism and enthusiasm, showing the world that leadership has no limits.

Our Journey
Born in Johannesburg in 1987 after a Radio 702 survey uncovered community needs, PADI grew from a spark into a movement. We expanded to Bushbuck Ridge (1990) and Pietermaritzburg (2006), proving awareness knows no boundaries. Guided for 37 years by our late Director until her passing in October 2024, our legacy continues with passion and purpose.
